XOVIQ Healthtech ("XOVIQ," "we," "our," or "us") is a privately owned and operated healthtech organization registered in India. We provide clinical event organization, certificate issuance, and digital resource distribution services to healthcare professionals.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Account Information: Your full name and email address when you create an account.
• Event Participation: XECN certificate codes associated with your account and event attendance records.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, resources accessed, and download activity on our platform.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps.

We do not collect payment information. We do not collect government identification numbers.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your identity and maintain your account
• Verify XECN certificates linked to your profile
• Grant access to gated event resources and downloads
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, certificate notifications)
• Improve platform functionality and security

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond the services described above.

Your personal data is stored on servers on cloud infrastructure. Downloadable files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Both services maintain industry-standard security practices.

Passwords are hashed using Argon2id — a memory-hard hashing algorithm. We do not store plain-text passwords under any circumstances. Access tokens are signed with secure JWT cryptography and expire after 7 days.

File download links are time-limited (15-minute expiry) and cannot be reused after expiration.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose data only when legally required by a court order or competent Indian authority, and only to the extent required by law.

We use authentication cookies to maintain your login session. These are strictly necessary and contain no tracking data. We do not use third-party analytics cookies or advertising cookies.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to processing of your data

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. XECN certificate records are retained indefinitely for verification purposes. You may request account deletion at any time, after which personal data will be removed within 30 days (certificate records may be retained in anonymized form).

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
