By accessing or using the XOVIQ Healthtech platform (xoviq.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

XOVIQ Healthtech is a privately owned organization. Our clinical event certificates (XECN) are issued to recognize participation in events organized and conducted by XOVIQ. These certificates:

• Are issued solely by XOVIQ as a private entity
• Do not constitute government-recognized qualifications, medical licenses, or continuing medical education credits unless explicitly stated
• Are not affiliated with any national medical council, government hospital, public university, or regulatory body
• Are valid as a record of event participation as organized by XOVIQ

To access gated resources, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current registration information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Event codes are issued by XOVIQ to verified event participants. Each code grants access to resources associated with a specific event. Event codes:

• Are non-transferable and intended solely for the recipient
• May not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties
• May be revoked if misuse is detected

All clinical resources available for download (transcripts, slides, e-books, records) are provided for personal and professional educational use only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or republish downloaded content without written permission
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter copyright notices or watermarks
• Use content in a manner that misrepresents XOVIQ or the original event

All clinical content provided through our platform is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare professionals must exercise their own clinical judgment and consult appropriate references before applying any information in patient care settings.

XOVIQ Healthtech expressly disclaims any liability for clinical decisions made based on content accessed through our platform.

All content on this platform — including event materials, branding, platform design, and certificate templates — is owned by or licensed to XOVIQ Healthtech. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XOVIQ Healthtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on any content provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
